With our expertise and experience on SAP Business One, we develop custom Add-Ons that can be integrated with the basic SAP Business One system to extend its functionality. The approach that we follow in developing any add-on is to first conduct an in-depth study of the process that has to be mapped to the system. We also analyze the impact that the module will have on other modules of the system. Once the design and architecture of the module is in place, we start the process of coding the module. The module is then integrated with the system and a comprehensive testing process is carried out to ensure proper functioning of the module and that is has no adverse impact on the main SAP Business One system. All of our solutions is already implemented in more than one customer site in production environment.

Manufacturing (WIP) Edition - The Manufacturing (WIP) Edition of SAP® Business One is a powerful add-on solution that includes many features, such as the ability to manage production order with multiple Operations, sequence, BOM, Operation wise multiple machines, consumables, quality for FG or operation level, subcontracting, Scrap, Salvage etc..
Manufacturing (WIP) add-on increases the supply chain visibility, Costing, process automation and provides end-to-end reporting capability with estimated vs actual, quality metrics etc..
Project Management (PM) - Edition
The Project Management Edition of SAP Business One is a solution to mange multiple projects and allocate resources as per estimation, and monitor the actual usage of resources against the assigned task completion, and captures more information similar to Microsoft Project Management. This add-on can be used in Service and also Manufacturing + Service Industrial vertical.
Quality Management
The importance of quality management in the manufacturing industry is undeniable. With proper quality control processes in place, delays and rejections in the production process can be reduced to a great extent. The Quality Management Edition of SAP Business One can be used to record and analyze the results of quality checks performed on the items (Raw Materials or Semi Finished or Finished goods) that are being procured and manufactured by an organization. The results of the quality checks at various stages such as incoming goods, shop floor and finished goods can be stored in the Quality Management module. The quality result data can be used to generate ratings for various suppliers and vendors thereby enabling managers to analyze the performance.
Subcontracting
The Subcontracting Edition of SAP Business One is a solution to do track of Raw Materials/Semi-Finished Goods to Subcontracting Vendor and configure scrap, returnable goods and track the actual. This solution helps to configure multiple subcontractors and track the subcontracting process and integrates with our Manufacturing (WIP) and Quality Management (Quality) Add-On Solutions.
Purchase Requisition
The Purchase Requisition (PR) Edition of SAP Business One enables organizations to automate their purchase requisition and approval processes. Through the module, purchase requests for goods and services to be procured from external sources can be placed through the SAP Business One system. The purchase department can view a list of requests and can evaluate the request to approve or reject them. A purchase order can be raised for the approved requisitions. Similar requisitions can be clubbed together to form a single purchase order. The purchase requisition module also enables the departments (whose requisitions have been approved) to track the progress of their orders. PR can be integrated with Budgeting Solution as well.
